The Placement Cell, thus brought into being, started its activities under the charge of Mr.S.Joshua Michaeldoss, Assistant Professor of Tamil. Now the cell is coordinated by Placement coordinator and assisted by members Dr. Mr. J. Jesu Livingston (Assistant Professor in Education), Mrs.A. Mercy Jebathangam Pushpa (Art and craft instructress). The Training and Placement Cell in the college arranges campus selection of students, personality development programmes, training for interviews and competitive examinations, and other career development schemes.

Objectives:

• Placement Cell provides guidance to the students for selecting right career..
• To give knowledge, improve skill with aptitude test.
• Gathering information about job fairs and all relevant recruitment advertisements.
• Organizing pre-placement training/workshops/seminars for students.
• Collecting feedback from employers where our students are selected.
• To act as a bridge between students, alumni and the employment community
